EsteBare (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Nigerian-based beauty brand focused on delivering the best hair removal products with love, culture, and care. When you use our site, you’re automatically a part of our community, and we want it to be a great experience for everyone.
Using EsteBare’s Website
- You agree to use it legally and responsibly (no shady business, please!)
- You won’t try to break our site, hack it, or do anything that messes with our digital vibe.
- You’ll respect intellectual property rights, that means no copying our content, images, or designs without permission.
- You’re at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to use the site.
Products, Pricing & Orders.
- We do our best to make sure product info and prices are accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen. If something looks off, we’ll let you know asap.
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Sometimes we might have to cancel or refuse an order, but we’ll keep you in the loop.
- You’re responsible for any VAT or taxes that apply to your order, some law things. Don’t worry, we’ll show any VAT charges clearly at checkout so there are no surprises.
- If you’re ordering from outside Nigeria, you might have extra taxes or customs fees to cover, heads up!
- Payments are processed securely via trusted providers, we don’t store your card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to Nigeria, internationally, and select locations. Details and costs will be shown at checkout.
- Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We’ll try to keep you updated every step of the way but it’s within 3-4 working days within Lagos, 5 – 7 working days outside lagos and 10-17 working days internationally.
- Lost or delayed packages? Reach out to us, and we’ll work to sort it out.
Your Content & Community
- When you interact with us (reviews, comments, social media), you grant EsteBare permission to use that content in marketing and social campaigns. Don’t worry, we’ll always give credit where due.
- Keep it kind and respectful! We moderate comments and reserve the right to remove anything offensive or spammy.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, belongs to EsteBare or our licensors.
- You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- EsteBare products are designed for safe, effective hair removal, but individual results may vary. If you have specific health conditions, consult a professional before use.
- Our website is provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be perfect or error-free, but we’ll do our best!
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for damages resulting from your use of our site or products.

We might update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with the updated date. Using our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts.
