We’re so hyped you chose EsteBare, and we’re here to make sure your experience is smooth (literally). While we hope you fall in love at first swipe, here’s what to do just in case things go sideways:

Got questions, concerns, or a story to share? We’re all ears and good vibes.
We’ve got you, but since our products are all about skin and self-care, we only accept returns if:
- - You got the wrong item (oops, our bad 🫣)
- - Your product came damaged or faulty
- - You haven’t opened or used the product, and it’s still in perfect condition.
Return window: 5 days after delivery. After that, we may not be able to help, so don’t ghost us!
Just 3 quick steps:
- 1. Slide into our inbox at support@estebare.com or on IG.
- 2. Share your order number, what went wrong, and any photos
- 3. Give us 24–48 hours, and we’ll reply with what to do next
We promise no long hold music or robotic replies, just real people who care.
Once we get your return and give it a thumbs up:
- - Refunds go straight back to your payment method in 5–10 working days
- - If your return doesn’t meet the vibe (used, damaged, etc.), we’ll let you know why
At the moment, we’re not doing exchanges. But if we sent the wrong thing, we’ll fix it fast and send the right one at no extra cost.
- - If we messed up = our cost
- - If you changed your mind = your cost
Original shipping fees are non-refundable - we already handed it to the rider 🛵.
