Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide and international shipping with trusted carriers. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or via your account dashboard on estebare.com.

Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

  • Some international destinations may have restrictions or customs delays that are beyond our control.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for manual assistance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or pandemics

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

However, if you experience any issue with your delivery, our support team is happy to assist you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement where applicable.
